Your personal data will be processed according to EU Data Protection Directive 2016/679 (“General data protection regulation” or “GDPR”) and the Romanian law.

We reserve the right to amend and update this policy in order to reflect any changes of the way we process your personal data or any other changes of the legal requirements. Processed personal data categories

We process the personal data directly provided by you therefore you have full control over the information you provide. The personal data we collect consists in: e-mail address, telephone no, name and surname.

On our website we may collect & store information using cookies as stated in the Cookie Policy.

We do not collect nor process in any other way sensitive data mentioned by the GDPR special categories. Also we do not want to collect nor process underage data.

Purpose and basis of processing

We will use your personal data directly offered by you through visiting our website and/or by using the website contact form / subscribing to our newsletter in order to offer you the best answers and solutions to your requests, to keep you posted with the latest information from cold & HVAC industry and to let you know about our sale promotions.

However there will be some information we may continue to store about you, including after you unsubscribe from our newsletter, in case the laws or our legitimate interest require us to do so.

Currently we store and process your personal data in Romania.

We will not delete the data that is needed for fulfilling legal obligations, contractual obligations and pre-contractual obligations.

Identity. We do take seriously the confidentiality of all records containing personal data. This is why we ask you to send your request related to such issues using the same e-mail address provided while subscribing to our newsletter. Otherwise we reserve the right to verify your identity by requesting supplementary information in order to confirm your identity.

Fees. Generally we will not charge you for exercising your rights related to your personal data, except for cases that impose a large workload for operator and in the case your information request is unfunded, repetitive or excessive. In such situation we will charge you a reasonable amount. We will inform you about any applicable fees before solving your request.

Response time. We want to respond to any valid request within one month, except for extremely complex situations or if you sent more than one request, case in which we will answer within two months.

Rights of third parties. We are not obliged to consider a request in case this would impact in a negative way the rights and liberties of other people involved.
