Emerson designs superheat controllers and valve drivers for stepper motor driven control valves for all commercial refrigeration and air conditioning applications.
The EXD-U02 universal driver can be connected to any controller which can provide a 4-20 mA or 0-10 V analogue signal. The output is the opening/closing of EX4-8, CV4-7 and consequently the control of the refrigerant liquid or vapor mass flow in accordance with the analogue input.
EXD-SH1/2, EXD-HP1/2 and EXD-TEVI are superheat controllers and or economizer controllers with Modbus communication.
