Water for domestic use is heated by transferring the heat taken from the air to the water, via a coil outside of the water heater. In this way, any possible contact between the domestic hot water (DHW) and the refrigerant gas is avoided, thereby obtaining the greatest level of safety and the highest levels of comfort.
The EOS GREEN heat pump for domestic hot water also delivers savings of up to 70% compared to traditional electric water heaters.
EOS GREEN is available in two versions which vary by capacity: EOS GREEN 2 - 200L and EOS GREEN 3 - 300L. Both are equipped as standard with a 2000 Watt electric resistor, a fixed coil exchanger for any solar power integration and an ST 53.2 electronic control unit
EOS GREEN, using three times less power than a traditional water heater, is an advantageous choice, both from an environmental point of view as well as an economic one.
The VKG-HC series contains insulated tanks for "HOT & COLD" applications, which are usually used to increase thermal inertia of the device. Suitable for heat pumps to avoid compressor/generator restarts. VKGHC have two additional couplings dedicated for an optional additional source.
